Data collected

In Phase 1, this site does not collect any personal data without your knowledge. The only collection is the one you initiate voluntarily by completing the contact form:

  • full name;
  • organisation, if provided;
  • email address;
  • phone number, if provided;
  • subject and content of your message.

This site does not set any advertising cookies or third-party audience trackers. No consent banner is required because no non-essential cookie is used.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to process your request and respond to you. The legal basis is your consent, evidenced by the voluntary submission of the form.

Recipients

Your data is shared with TECKONSEILS-SA's teams responsible for handling your request. The technical delivery of the message is carried out by our email-sending provider, which acts as a data processor and does not use your data for its own purposes.

Retention period

Messages received are retained for as long as necessary to process the request and any resulting relationship. Exact duration — to be determined by administrative management.

Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS. The form is processed server-side, with validation of the data received and protection against automated submissions.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the data concerning you. To exercise this right, write to direction@teckonseils.com specifying your request.

Changes to this policy

The launch of account-based spaces planned for Phase 2 (project submission, journey tracking, partner spaces) will introduce new data processing. This policy will be updated accordingly before they go live.
