TECKONSEILS-SA — L'Afrique innove, nous l'accompagnons.

Our methodology

Ideate · Incubate · Invest · Network

A four-pillar approach, applied without exception to every one of our programmes and advisory engagements.

01

Ideate

Diagnosis, strategic scoping and the transformation of an institutional ambition into a structured programme.

We start from the political or institutional priority as formulated by the client, then translate it into operational objectives, a defined scope of intervention, and a documented logical framework.

02

Incubate

Development, testing and validation of solutions and project holders in the field.

Training, mentorship, individualised support and real-world testing of solutions, with explicit validation milestones at every stage of the journey.

03

Invest

Investment readiness, financial structuring and introductions to funders.

Structuring case files, preparing project holders to meet funders' requirements, and direct introductions to the investors and financial institutions in our network.

04

Network

Lasting connections with institutions, mentors, investors and technical partners.

Support does not end when the programme does: beneficiaries join an active regional network of mentors, alumni and institutional partners.

A logical framework, not a promise

Every programme is steered by a precise logical framework — objectives, indicators, milestones, budget — enabling rigorous reporting to our institutional and financial partners, from launch through to impact evaluation.

Objectives
What the programme must produce, stated in verifiable terms.
Indicators
How the result is measured, with its source of verification.
Milestones
When each stage is deemed reached and validated.
Budget
What each activity costs and under what disbursement plan.
